What works in co-op

Last checked: 2026-11-04 · Official version: v0.2.0-beta (2026-11-02) · Protocol 164 · Free · Windows 10/11 64-bit · Up to 8 players · RED4ext only (no CET) · Phantom Liberty not required

The campaign is playable together. Act 1 is the stretch the beta page says was tested most. Later acts can still break, and there is no list of quests that always fail. Dialogue uses a majority above half the party, and from 0.1.2 the host can require everyone or a majority. Cutscenes play at the same moment, and skips stay in sync.

Sandevistan, without picking a side

The gameplay video’s description puts Sandevistan in the PvP full-damage model. It does not explain PvE time dilation. The combat notes, from the October reading, say a copy’s behavior graph runs at the real pace of the player who owns that NPC, so slowing your world does not slow those copies. That is not a sentence that says the ability is turned off. It is a sentence about whose clock the copy obeys. I do not have a developer paragraph that restates this for 0.2.0, so the cell keeps both sources and does not grow a third claim.

Questions

Can I do a quest alone while the session is open?

No separate quest track exists inside the session. Leave the session and your own campaign is still there, because the guest campaign is not rewritten.

Is Sandevistan disabled?

The combat notes do not say it is disabled. They say a slowed world on your machine does not slow NPC copies owned by someone else.
